This weekend, Jerzy Spinkiewicz continued his domination in the Clio Cup Middle East, whilst future Renault official driver Tom Pieri put in an exceptional showing on the Rallye Sainte-Baume - Rallycircuit, not to mention more success for Clio Rally5 in Italy !

Clio Cup Middle East

After winning the first three races of the season, Jerzy Spinkiewicz extended his unbeaten record with two further Clio Cup Middle East wins at the Dubai Autodrome. The Pole first won ahead of Challengers Yashish Manohar and Lin Chen Han before doing the same against Vasily Vladykin and Yashish Manohar. Jerzy Spinkiewicz increased his lead in the general classification over the chase group led by Lin Chen Han from Taiwan, who is now only three points ahead of India’s Yashish Manohar in the Challengers Cup. First-time Gentlemen Drivers Cup winner Rahil Taneja from India doubled his lead over his closest rivals, Britain’s Kevin Day and UAE’s Ahmed Al Melaihi. The competitors will be back in action from 6 to 8 January 2023 at Yas Marina for the third meeting of the season.
